The Dutch Football Association was looking for a reliable partner for its CRM and marketing activities.
We set up and hosted the Association’s entire marketing database, consisting of more than 2.3 million individual football fans! We then used a campaign management system to convert that data into relevant market information for the Association’s sponsors. We are also involved in many of the Association’s marketing activities, from target-group selection, campaign planning and print management to e-mail marketing, print production and CRM consultancy services.
The Association and all its sponsors now use our marketing tools to engage in an informed and relevant dialogue with their customers. A close partnership has emerged.
